| jazz j | Sarah reported problem on online sub. I have tried it with my pc and there are no problems and then with my ipad as although it is not a mac it is of a similar OS. There is only one page on renew subscription and I can that he has attempted twice but he hasn't selected the subscription payment type (uk pounds,overseas euros etc) as the record on the database is showing this as empty. Whether he cannot see the drop down box I don't know. For this I would need to know what version of OS he is using and which browser. Sarah Could you just check everything is ok with the website? Just had a call from a frustrated subscriber, Jack Gratus, who has tried twice to renew, but to no avail, he apparently can't make it to the payment part without being taken back to a previous page.
