Result is will use it for printing only. Copying and scanning will need to be done with ipad and then the digital image can be printed. | admin | Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Dual Fuel (Gas & Electricity) Supply The issue that I have experienced was: Scottish Power keeps sending bills when I was advised by one of their operators to send an email on 15 May 2020 advising of change of tenancy as I am the landlord and my flat was in the process of one tenant moving out and a new one moving in. This email is logged with all details. I was then sent a final bill dated 20 May 2020 for 25.96 which I paid on 29 May 2020. The bill stated once final payment made account would be closed. This COT was ignored and bills have continually come for future payments. I have contacted Scottish Power via email and by chatbot and the responder for chatbot has always seen the problem regarding the error in the COT not changed and assured me that this would be resolved. I have attempted using the telephone numbers supplied and waited for over an hour on numerous occasions but have not got any further. The last chatbot admitted that because the account was not closed until last month (Scottish Power's error) they cannot backdate the account to when it should have been closed. The current tenant has also changed suppliers probably because of the lack of service by Scottish Power. The issue has now been escalated to the move department who are still expecting me to pay for power I have not used. It is just going round in circles. I have been in IT for 40 years and suspect their process is at fault - there does not seem to be an overide for an error on their behalf which means I just keep on being sent the same bill. It occurred on: 15/05/2020 This meant that I do not have the time to be constantly wasting time with a system which is obviously not working. The online help is good but they cannot deal with the error of Scottish Power. Hours of my time is wasted and I am nervous that as it says on these final bills that they will resort to affecting my credit rating. I would also like to point out that on these final demands they give 2 telephone numbers which just say that they are only contactable within a range of hours ie 9am to 6pm and if you ring the number during this time it says not available till this range. They have an interesting circle of repeating how they are not contactable. Just close the account on the date issued by the COT and the original final payment which was paid and send me an email apologising for the bad service. It is such a simple thing to do and then send an email to the current tenant with his final reading before he changed supplier. I will never use Scottish Power again after this appalling service and have held back from flooding social media with comments on this I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
