The garden space is communal and it is only available for sitting in - not for washing lines etc if that is what you would require. It is next to the gym. There is however a park on the other side of the road where you can walk. The utilities will be: council tax band c £1,342 for the year; water is on a water meter so depends on how much you use; electricity is the only energy offered; and broadband again will be dependent on who you use. Viewings are limited at the moment whilst the lockdown is in place. The flat is now unoccupied so it is possible to arrange a viewing if you think the flat would be suitable.
